Personal Experience

Anna Garcia is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Garcia Immigration Law, LLC. Originally from Ukraine, Attorney Garcia earned her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from the Institute of International Relations of National T. Shevchenko University of Ukraine, the country’s most prestigious university. ​After immigrating to the United States, Anna pursued her U.S. legal education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she earned her LL.M. degree in Comparative Law. 


Anna Garcia is licensed to practice in the state of Missouri and is a member of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), as well as a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Missouri Bar. Attorney Anna Garcia represents clients before DHS, USCIS, BIA, and immigration courts across all 50 states and internationally. Her practice is dedicated exclusively to Immigration and Nationality Law.
